High Cholesterol:
Drink 1 cup buttermilk along with one finely diced medium sized onion mixed it with ¼ teaspoon black pepper (kali mirch) powder regularly to regulate Cholesterol levels.
Prepare a decoction by boiling 2 tsp dry corriander ( dhania seed) powder in 1 cup water. Add milk and sugar to improve its taste. This could be a welcome substitute for tea or coffee
.
Intake garlic (lasan) cloves regularly for a few days to lower Cholesterol values.
